2. Description of Service

Lunara AI is an AI-powered guided meditation application designed to help users achieve mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve mental well-being through personalized meditation sessions, breathing exercises, and wellness tracking features.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Lunara AI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The App provides general wellness and meditation guidance only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your health routine or if you have any concerns about your mental or physical health.

4. AI-Generated Content

Lunara AI uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence technology to generate personalized meditation content, guidance, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All meditation scripts, guidance, and recommendations are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• AI-generated content should not be considered as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• The quality and appropriateness of AI-generated content may vary and is not guaranteed
• You should use your own judgment when following AI-generated meditation guidance
• We continuously work to improve the AI models, but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or suitability for all users
• If you experience any discomfort or adverse effects while using AI-generated content, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional

5. Subscription and Payments

Lunara AI is available exclusively on the Apple App Store and operates on a subscription-only model. We offer a free trial period to allow you to experience the App before committing to a paid subscription. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

All subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, and software, are the exclusive property of Pixdeo LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixdeo LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixdeo LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
